Shipping Policy

We currently ship within the UK.

All W-RN pieces are pre-owned and held individually, so each order is carefully checked, packed and dispatched by us.

Processing times

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1-2 working days.

During busy periods, launches or drops, dispatch may take slightly longer, but we’ll always aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

UK delivery

UK orders are sent using a tracked delivery service.

Estimated delivery time after dispatch is usually 2–4 working days, depending on the courier.

You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched, along with tracking information where available.

London delivery and collection

For customers in London, we may be able to offer face-to-face collection or same-day courier delivery within Zones 1–4, subject to availability.

Same-day courier delivery within London Zones 1–4 is available at checkout for £25.

If you would like to arrange face-to-face collection, please contact us at lizzie@w-rn.com before placing your order or immediately after checkout.

Delivery costs

Standard UK delivery costs are calculated at checkout.

We currently offer free UK standard delivery on orders over £100.

London same-day courier delivery within Zones 1–4 is available for £25, subject to availability.

Packaging

Where possible, we use considered, recyclable or reusable packaging. As a resale business, we try to keep waste low while making sure your order arrives safely.

Delivery issues

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery times are managed by the courier.

If your parcel is delayed, missing or arrives damaged, please contact us at lizzie@w-rn.com and we’ll do our best to help.

Incorrect delivery details

Please make sure your delivery address is correct at checkout. W-RN is not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
