W-RN Concierge exists for the beautiful clothes you loved, invested in and still value - but don’t have the time, energy or inclination to sell yourself.

We take the resale admin off your hands: collection, curation, styling, pricing, listing, buyer communication and dispatch.

Who it’s for

The Concierge works best if you have five or more pieces to sell at once.

We’re looking for well-kept womenswear, shoes and accessories from contemporary, premium and interesting brands.

How it works

Send us your pieces

Share a few details about what you’d like to sell. For wardrobes of more than one bag, we can currently arrange courier collection within the M25.

We review your wardrobe

Once your items are received, we review each piece and confirm the final inventory. You’ll receive a clear overview of what we can list, suggested pricing, and anything we’re unable to accept.

We style, photograph and list

Accepted pieces are styled, priced and listed on the W-RN website within seven days.

You get paid when they sell

When an item sells, you receive 60% of the final sale price, paid within 24 hours of the sale.

You stay in control

If an item hasn’t sold within three months, you can choose to have it returned, relisted or donated to charity.
