Returns & Refunds Policy

We hope you love your W-RN piece. If it isn’t quite right, you can return it to us.

Returns

You have 28 days from receiving your order to return an unwanted item.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned in the same condition it arrived in. It must be unworn, unused, unwashed and with any original tags, labels or packaging still attached where applicable.

As W-RN sells pre-owned clothing, each item may show small signs of previous wear. Any noticeable marks, flaws or wear will be described in the product listing as clearly as possible.

How to start a return

To arrange a return, please contact us at lizzie@w-rn.com with your order number and the item you’d like to return.

Once your return has been approved, you can either send the item back to us by post or arrange an in-person return in Zone 1, London.

Buyers are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the item is faulty or not as described.

We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we can’t issue a refund for items that do not reach us.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we’ll check the item and confirm whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned item.

Original delivery costs are refunded in line with your statutory rights.

Faulty or incorrect items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible at lizzie@w-rn.com with your order number and photographs of the issue.

If the item is confirmed to be faulty or incorrectly described, we’ll cover the cost of return postage and issue a refund in line with your consumer rights.
